How much is the rental deposit?

The advertised minimum rental deposit is $50. The final amount is confirmed before pickup and credited toward the final scheduled rental payment. It is not an additional rental charge.

Does the deposit cover damage or other charges?

No. Applying the deposit toward rent does not limit the renter’s separate responsibility for damage, cleaning, mileage overages, tolls, tickets, fuel, late charges or other amounts owed under the rental agreement.

Does applying reserve a vehicle?

No. Express Rentals must confirm approval and vehicle availability.

Is a credit check required?

Express Rentals does not advertise a traditional credit check. Identity, driving-history or background screening may be required.

Is insurance included?

Insurance requirements, available coverage and exclusions are explained before signing. Coverage is governed by the insurance policy and signed rental agreement, not by statements on this website.

Do you allow delivery or gig work?

Delivery or gig-work requests may be considered subject to approval, insurance requirements, vehicle availability and the rental agreement.

Do you offer longer rentals?

Website applications are processed through Netlify Forms. If an application moves forward and screening is required, Express Rentals may send a separate Checkr-hosted invitation. Checkr presents its own disclosures and authorization before collecting screening information. Optional driver’s-license or supporting-document uploads should contain only information needed for the rental request. You may provide documents later. We retain information as reasonably needed to review requests, provide services, maintain records, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations.
