Driver’s-license and supporting-document uploads are optional.

We use submitted information to review rental requests, communicate about availability and next steps, evaluate eligibility, prepare rental services, prevent fraud, maintain business records and comply with applicable obligations.

Service providers and screening

Website applications are processed through Netlify Forms. If an application moves forward and screening is required, Express Rentals may send a separate Checkr-hosted invitation. Checkr presents its own disclosures and authorization before collecting screening information. Other service providers may support communications, hosting, security and payment processing when those services are configured.

Documents and sensitive information

Optional driver’s-license or supporting-document uploads should contain only information needed for the rental request. You may choose to provide documents later. We limit access to submitted information to people and providers who need it for legitimate business purposes.

Retention and deletion

We retain application and rental information for as long as reasonably needed to review the request, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained when required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we collect. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending information the application does not request.
