Availability and approval
All rentals remain subject to application review, approval, vehicle availability, required payments and a signed rental agreement. A specific make, model, color or vehicle is not guaranteed until Express Rentals confirms it.
Pricing and deposits
Website pricing may be updated and is subject to eligibility, availability and the final rental terms. Express Rentals will confirm the applicable rate, deposit, delivery charge if any, payment schedule and other charges before vehicle release. The signed rental agreement controls if website information differs from the final agreement.
Vehicle delivery
Delivery may be available within Metro Detroit but is not guaranteed. Delivery depends on location, scheduling, approval and any charge confirmed before booking.
Eligibility, screening and insurance
A valid driver’s license is required before vehicle release. Identity, driving-history or background screening may be required. Insurance requirements, available coverage and exclusions are confirmed before signing and are governed by the applicable policy and rental agreement.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access or upload malicious files. Do not upload Social Security numbers, banking credentials or payment-card numbers through the rental application.
